The firm needed an autonomous, intelligent system to monitor breaks continuously, recommend resolutions, and ensure compliance.

Approach

An Agentic AI Assistant automates break identification, validation, and resolution across Trading System, Clearing House system, and backend Fail Reports, replacing manual reconciliation with autonomous workflows. It uses agents to detect breaks, validate data, and recommend resolutions via Azure OpenAI reasoning, all presented through a single web interface. Initially built for end-of-day reconciliation, it is designed to scale to real-time, compliant, and explainable automation.
